    Dom short for Dominique made our day. My friend wanted to know which one of the teas she would recommendand she did recommend and plus gave us some tasters. Now, my friend and I know what we like and will know what to order next hot day. As for me, I really enjoyed the mango dragonfruit then the peach green tea and then the Guava white tea.

    Thanks, Dom for being such a great and generous Barista. People like you help sell your drinks faster because sometime people only buy drinks they are used to and never get to try another drink that could be their next favorite one. You blessed us today.

    I hate to give a one star but this is to draw attention to local and corporate Starbucks management

    OK First let me say I am a very good customer here.  I tend to buy my trenta half green half black iced tea with three splendas and no water at least four days a week as I go through the drive through. Most times service is excellent and the happy employees recognize both me and my drink.  But something has finally gotten under my skin.  This is the conjecture of the local ordinance by the Peoples Republic of City of Richmond proclaiming that straws may only be given by request and Starbucks corporate policy mandating that only paper straws be given out at this location as part of some pilot program to eventually be implemented nation wide.  The paper straws wilt and are unusable by the time a trenta size drink is consumed. I have complained as have numerous other customers about this.  I am not against paper straws per se but these suck.  There are clear plastic looking straws made of all vegetable materials available.  I have used them at the Mels diner just up the road. But I can live with an occasional wilty straw ... Remember those happy employees?? They always make sure I get my straw albeit a lousy paper one. . Well they don't work there everyday.  There is one lady who works the window that I have to ask multiple times for a straw every time.  In what was termed the "cut direct" in the old royal courts of Europe she immediately turns away after giving you a drink. And never speaks to you when she gives you a straw. It is almost as if she is on her own environmental crusade to deny straws. Today I had a new employee who told me I had to ask. I did verbalize my complaint to the manager. (Something I never ever do) OK I know the regulation but what about implementing some simple measures to make your customers feel more appreciated.

    1, Post a sign at the drive through menu board and at the drive through window saying .  "If you would like a straw please ask for one"
    2, Your employees can simply and politely ask "Would you like to ask us for a straw?"
    3. Make a policy as long as you are handing out these "sucky" paper straws to hand out two of them every time.

    I would really like to keep using this Starbucks due to the happy employees I enjoy so much but the sour ones are tuning me off . If things do not change I will start going to another Starbucks location which will increase my carbon footprint exponentially over any savings you think you are inuring with using these LOUSY STRAWS!!!!

    I have to say that this is my favorite Starbucks local to the  area. The drive thru, online order, and in person order service are all excellent.

    The employees are very friendly (even at 5am when I go through there). Some may expect perfection, but at 5am or any other undesirable early time of day I expect consistency and have only had my coffee incorrect 1 time in 6 years with an average of 2-3 trips per week here.

    You can't expect to have your name written in your coffee foam with cute little stars here. Nor should you, that's for the independent shops.

    They're very fast and most importantly, consistent. For those purposes, they get 5 stars from me for delivering every time.

    Not so good morning. The young lady on drive-thru should be taken off the drive-thru. She didn't say good morning the first thing she opens the window and she shop 890. I said 894 what I said my name is Nina I had a mobile order she just shoves the cup at me I've been coming to this place for two years sometimes three times a day I've never had such rude service I cannot believe this I am not happy at all. She needs to be talked to I'm so not happy wow today is July 21st 2019 6:26 a.m.

    Best part about this location is the drive thru.

    You can always decide to go inside and stand there while they cater to the drivers outside OR pull up to that drive thru and get top service. Honestly, I think you get a better experience outside. The line moves pretty quickly, save for early early mornings when everyone's trying to get caffeinated before work, and the employees are always pleasant. I also like how pretty and easy to read the menu is in the drive thru versus the dark, tiny printed one that you have to crook your neck up to look at inside. Not a biggie if you're a regular and know what you want but it's the little things...

    Food and drinks are always Starbucks quality, interpret that as you will. And the inside and out are usually really clean. Good spot for great service and a quick grab and go.
